Cottage Pie   コテージパイ☆



My hubby is finally home! I made Cottage Pie for dinner tonight. I suppose there are all sort of versions but I usually use onion, celery, carrot, garlic, minced beef and some tinned tomato for the filling - today I also added some mushrooms as they were left in the fridge and also a little chilli flakes. For the mashed potato, I used a little nutmeg as well as a little butter and topped it off with some shredded Mozzarella and grated Parmigiana cheese.
