Penne Arrabiata ペンネ・アラビアータとスパゲティーニ・アラビアータ☆

昨日の夜夫に何か今日夕食に食べたいものがあるか聞いてみたところ、「ペンネアラビアータ」という答えでした。わたしがパスタを作るときは夫が好むショートパスタを使うことが多いのですが、シンプルなソースになればばるほどわたしはショートパスタよりロングパスタの方が好きなので、今日は夫には希望のペンネ、わたしはスパゲティーニと別々に茹でました（笑）。美味しかったです☆

ワインは昨年１０月に行ったイタリアンのタスカニーのバイオ・ダイナミックスのワイナリー『Stefano Amerighi』のステファノさんにいただいたワインをいただきました。

わたしはアーリオオリオやトマトソース、アラビアータソースなどシンプルなソースが一番好きなので、こういう食事が好きです。夫は普段もっと具が入ったソースを喜ぶのであまり出番がないのですが、久しぶりに美味しかったです☆





Last night when I asked my husband if he could think of something he wants for dinner tonight, his answer was "Penne Arrabiata". He likes shot pasta much more than long pasta - but I love long pasta. Usually I use short pasta so he can enjoy but today I really wanted to have long pasta specially because the sauce is very simple. Somehow I don't mind short pasta with sauce that has lots of bits in but don't like it with very simple sauce. Anyway, I used Penne for him and Spaghetti for myself - a perfect solution although it is a bit of a pain to have to boil them separately. I really enjoyed mine!

We had the bottle of wine the owner of one of the wineries we visited in Tuscany in October last year (Stefano Amerighi） - not intentionally, I happened to pick the bottle up from the wine rack without paying attention.
